ABOUT

Jeremy Tolbert is a Houston-born visual artist, muralist, and creative storyteller whose work celebrates culture, connection, and the human experience. Specializing in expressive portraiture and large-scale murals, Jeremy creates artwork that transforms walls and canvases into powerful visual narratives.

Drawing inspiration from hip-hop, music, Black love, family, spirituality, and everyday life, his work blends realism with symbolic storytelling. Each piece is thoughtfully layered with meaningful details, hidden references, and cultural touchpoints that invite viewers to look deeper and discover their own connection to the story being told.

A lifelong artist, Jeremy has been creating since childhood, turning his passion into a professional career in 2012 with the launch of A.M.P. Artwork—short for "Always Making Progress." More than a brand, A.M.P. represents a mindset of growth, perseverance, and continuous evolution, values that are reflected throughout his creative journey.

Today, Jeremy's artwork can be found on canvases, walls, and public spaces throughout Houston and beyond. Through every portrait and mural, his mission remains the same: to inspire, uplift, and create meaningful visual experiences that celebrate culture, identity, and community.
